So, how do I get started?!

Fill in the form below, or on our contact page. You can also send an inquiry to hello@kallowaycreative.co.uk. I’ll get back in touch within 1-2 working days to set up a 30 minute call to chat with you about your requirements. This is a no-obligation call to allow us to get to know each other. After the call, I’ll send your bespoke quote and contract based on your requirements, along with a proposed timeline for the project to be completed within.
Onboarding
If you’re happy with your quote, I will add you to my diary once either a 25% deposit has been paid, or the full amount upfront, depending on the size of the project. We’ll complete my learning design questionnaire – this can be done by yourself, or with my support over email or call.
Design
Once we’ve decided to work together and your deposit has been paid, we will have a 1 hour deep dive call where I can find our more about your business. At this point, I’ll get to work on a first draft of your personas and scoping document. When complete, I’ll send a copy to you for review. I will then get to work producing your learning content. Two rounds of amendments are guaranteed with your project, so you will have plenty of opportunity to fine-tune your content. If you have chosen to make payments in instalments, I will send regular invoices to ensure your project stays on track.
Launch
Once the revisions have been made, all that’s left for me to do is finalise your files, exporting these ready for online/print use – plus an invoice for any remaining repayment, if applicable. You will also receive detailed guidelines to support you in implementing your materials.
