Onboarding
After the call, I’ll send your bespoke quote and contract, plus a proposed timeline. Projects are booked in once a deposit is paid (or full payment upfront, depending on scope).
Illustration (sketch → refine → finalise)
I’ll start with concept directions and sketches first, then refine based on feedback. You’ll receive clear review points and agreed revision rounds so progress always feels calm and controlled.
Delivery
Once approved, I’ll export and deliver your final illustration files ready for web and/or print use. You’ll also receive guidance on best use and file handling.
