What presentation design services do you offer?
I design professional, bespoke presentations for businesses, organisations and individuals. This can include corporate presentations, pitch decks, training and educational presentations, conference slides, research and academic presentations, reports, proposals and reusable PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or Canva templates. I can create something completely new or give an existing presentation a much-needed refresh.
Can you redesign an existing PowerPoint presentation?
Absolutely. If you already have the content but the presentation feels dated, inconsistent or just isn’t doing your ideas justice, I can redesign it while retaining your core information. I’ll improve the layout, typography, imagery and visual hierarchy to create a much more polished and engaging presentation.
I don't have a presentation yet. Can you work from my notes or a Word document?
Yes. You don’t need to spend hours putting everything into PowerPoint before sending it to me. You can provide your content as a Word document, notes, existing slides or another suitable format and I’ll use it to create the presentation. This is also reflected in common professional presentation-design workflows, where content may be supplied as either existing slides or an outline.
Will my presentation match my existing branding?
Yes. If you have brand guidelines, please send them along with your logo and any relevant brand assets. I’ll use these to make sure your presentation feels consistent with your wider visual identity. If you don’t have formal brand guidelines, I can work from your website and existing marketing materials to establish an appropriate visual direction.
Will I be able to edit the presentation afterwards?
Yes. Wherever possible, your presentation will be created so that text and other appropriate elements remain editable, allowing you to update information or adapt the presentation for future use. Editable final presentations are also a key practical benefit highlighted throughout the presentation-design material you gathered.
Can you make charts, diagrams and complicated information easier to understand?
Definitely. Good presentation design isn’t just about making slides look attractive. I can use diagrams, charts, infographics, icons and other visual elements to help communicate complex information more clearly and make dense content easier for your audience to understand.
Can you create a reusable PowerPoint template for my organisation?
Yes. I can create a bespoke presentation template based on your visual identity, giving your team a consistent foundation for creating future presentations. Templates can include a range of useful slide layouts for different combinations of text, imagery, data and graphics, helping your team stay on-brand without designing every presentation from scratch.
Can you design pitch decks and important business presentations?
Yes. I can design presentations for pitches, proposals, sales, stakeholders, boards and other important business communications. The design will be tailored to the purpose and audience rather than relying on a generic presentation template.
Can you help with academic, research or educational presentations?
Absolutely. I can turn research, findings and complex subject matter into clear, visually engaging slides while retaining an appropriate professional or academic feel. This can include diagrams, data visualisation, conceptual illustrations and other graphics that help explain ideas without overwhelming the audience.
How long does presentation design take?
Turnaround depends on the number of slides, the complexity of the content and the level of design required. When you get in touch, I’ll discuss your deadline with you and provide a timescale as part of your quote. If you’re working towards a particularly tight deadline, let me know and I’ll always advise whether I can accommodate it.
For most jobs, standard delivery is 5-10 business days from when you send me your finalised content. During your project, how quickly you are able to provide feedback will also effect the turnaround time. A rush service is available for an additional fee.
Rush fees are 100% of the total project cost for a 1-2 business day turnaround and 50% of the total project cost for a 2-3 business day turnaround.
How much does professional presentation design cost?
Every presentation is different, so I quote based on the scope and complexity of the project rather than using a one-size-fits-all price. Send me your presentation or content, the approximate number of slides and your deadline, and I can provide a clear quote before work begins.
My rate for design work is £45/hour. I’m happy to provide a flat rate for your project as well.
What do you need from me to get started?
Ideally, I’ll need your presentation content, your logo (high resolution file) and any brand guidelines or existing materials you’d like me to follow. It also helps to know who the presentation is for, how it will be used and what you want your audience to take away from it. If you’re not sure what to send, don’t worry — just get in touch with what you have and we can take it from there.

I’ll get back in touch within 1-2 working days to set up a 30 minute call to chat with you about your requirements. This is a no-obligation call to allow us to get to know each other before proceeding.
After the call and upon reviewing your document and requirements, I’ll provide a clear quote and proposed timescale based upon content, its complexity and your requirements.
Establish the Direction
We’ll discuss what the presentation needs to achieve, who it’s for and how it will be used. I’ll then establish a visual direction that complements your content and brand.
Design & Refine
I’ll transform your content into a cohesive presentation, creating layouts and visual elements that make the information clear and engaging. You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and provide feedback.
Ready to Present
Once the revisions have been made, all that’s left for me to do is finalise your files, you’ll receive your completed presentation ready to present, share or continue editing.
