Putting powerful imagery at the heart of the experience

Hood Photography needed a portfolio website that allowed the photography to take centre stage. With work spanning striking portraiture and dramatic landscapes, the design needed to showcase very different styles of imagery within one cohesive and professional online presence.

We created a minimal, dark interface that lets colour, detail and atmosphere within the photographs become the focus. Large-scale imagery, restrained typography and simple navigation create an immersive portfolio experience, while keeping the website intuitive and allowing potential clients to explore the photographer’s work with ease.
