Graphic Design Project FAQs

Custom packages and pricing available for bespoke projects! Just get in touch to let me know what you need, and I can offer a bespoke package to suit your requirements and budget.

The timescale for your project will vary dependent on my schedule and other ongoing design work. You can expect most graphic design projects to be completed in 2 to 4 weeks. Web projects vary dependent on requirements but may take up to 8 weeks. It’s best to get in touch with your project requirements so I can provide an accurate timescale.

Upon approval of final designs and payment in full, you’ll receive a ZIP file containing your design files. For branding projects, this will include your style guide and all files you’ll require to use your branding to its fullest! This includes small, medium and large PNG files, as well as a PDF vector file to allow unlimited scaling if you need your branding in a custom size. Should you require additional sizes or formats, these can be provided on request.

Any print files (business cards, stationery etc.) will provided as print ready PDFs. You can either supply me with the name of your chosen printing company and I can ensure your files are set up for their printing guidelines, otherwise I will provide your PDF at standard print size.

Your style guide will provide you with all the details you need to use your branding to its full potential. The style guide will also help you navigate how to keep your branding looking cohesive across your business. Your style guide includes details on where to use fonts, logo locations, colour scheme, etc.

I will only produce one concept per project for you to give feedback on. If we discover the concept is quire working for you, I can of course go back to the drawing board and create an alternative. However, by use of the client questionnaire, moodboard and our conversations prior to embarking on a project will help to ensure we get your concept right the first time.  

Before I begin designing, I will work with you via client questionnaire and moodboard to make sure I know exactly what you’re looking for. This means you can let me know right at the start of the project if our initial discussions are going in the wrong direction regarding the design. As you have this opportunity to communicate, I do not offer refunds for any design projects.   

Yes! If you have a specific font in mind for your branding (or maybe it’s a font you use elsewhere in your business visuals, let me know at the start of the project and we’ll see if it’s a good fit for the rest of the design. If the font is a paid font then the cost will be added to the final cost of your project.

Please contact me to discuss your requirements. Dependent on the design files you have available for an existing logo this may or may not be possible. If it is not possible to update your existing design, I am happy to look at working with you on a logo or branding refresh.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking in your project. The remaining 50% of your package fee is due upon approval of the finished design work. Upon full payment, all design files will be released to you.

Once you’ve paid your deposit and we’ve booked your project in to my schedule, I’ll be in touch with my client questionnaire to ascertain your project needs. Your project cannot commence until the questionnaire is completed so it’s important to have this completed to prevent delay.  

Web Design Project FAQs

Depending on the package you choose, a website design will contain one of the following:


– A website design includes the creation and design of up to 6 pages.


Additional pages are £50 each.

Hosting and domains are not included. You can set this up yourself or I can do this for you for an additional fee.


E-commerce (online store) is not included. This is an optional extra starting at £200 depending on the quantity of products you require.


Content creation and copywriting is not included. You will need to write your site content yourself or hire a copywriter to do so for you (I can recommend a great copywriter if needed!).


SEO services are not included (again, I can provide recommendation for a brilliant SEO genius).

Yes! Please contact me for a custom quote for the project you have in mind.

Yes! There is an additional fee of £50 for each newsletter sign-up. 

These can include a Home page, About Page, Blog, Contact Form and Gallery Page as well as any custom pages you might need.

Payment FAQs

Payment Options

We accept a variety of payment options for our services.

For all of our web design and graphic design services we require a 50% deposit to be paid, with the balance paid immediately upon completion. For all other goods and services, payment is required in full, in advance.



We do accept payment by cash. However, this payment method should only be used when you are able to attend a client meeting in person. Please do not send cash in the post, as we are unable to accept responsibility for payments that go missing.


Direct Transfer

Customers wishing to transfer payment directly into our bank account will be provided with banking details in order to allow this option.



If you wish to pay by PayPal, details can be supplied upon request.
